今上がっても意味がない : The rise, no use.

 年を取って現金化の必要が出るまでは、株価が上がっても本質的には無意味です。むしろ害悪です。期待利回りが低下し、無用の精神的葛藤を生み、仮に利益確定すると税金をむしり取られるからです。株価は、私がリタイアするまでずっと低迷するのが望ましいです。割安に再投資でき、高い配当を享受できるからです。（リタイア前日に上がったらなお嬉しいけど）。

 I dislike the rise of stock PRICES. It is because the rise decreases yields, make me upset, and force me to pay tax ( If I sell it ). Stock prices shall be depressed till my retirement. Since I can reinvest in reasonable prices and acquire adequent devidends ( Acutally, if it skyrockets the day before my retirement, it is preferable to consistent depression).
